A security deposit of GBP 400 is required for the 4-bedroom cottage. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk and are required to shower prior to use and test the water quality. The hot tub should not be used if the water is not clear.Please note that guests are required to stay within the designated land areas of their rented property during their stay.Please note that outside noise should be kept to a minimum after 21:00. Guests who persist in making noise after this time will forfeit their security deposit.Please note that 1 well-behaved dog can be accommodated downstairs in the main house and must be kept on a lead while outside.Please note that a log basket is left in the main house for guest use.
