If they want to receive a larger party, they must inform the hosts to book a specific space in the house. - Visitors are always welcome but, for security reasons, only registered visitors will be allowed in the rooms and they must be registered before 10pm. No unregistered visitors allowed after 10 pm. Only one additional guest is allowed to stay overnight. External visitors daily rate of consumption: $US 30. No minor visitors are allowed. Only 2 visitors per room. - Guests must provide the physical credit card of the reservation holder; in case the guest is not the cardholder please contact us for information regarding the process to follow. - We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel´s property. - Hotel insurance has a cost of $COP 9.000 per person/night and it will be charged unless otherwise stated. - This hotel has a smoke free policy, including electronic cigarettes and vaporizers. - If any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the Manager, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest or they may be asked to leave the hotel.
