fields lying quietly under the sun and wind, silently crystallizing into pure particles of salts for daily life.
Salt work starts early in the morning, when the sun does not rise high. Salt-makers often have to race against time, with the sunlight to scratch flat salt plots to form high salt dunes. In order to produce white salt grains without impurities, it takes salt makers a lot of time and effort. The salt particles are crystallized after the process of evaporation of seawater in the field ends. Salt making depends very much on the weather, because when the rain suddenly happens, it can wash away the efforts of the people there.
