Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

Important Information

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our PrivateTransfer from Airport Terminals, You can also request to tailor made Private Transfer Timing
  2. Our Private Transfer includes 45 minutes waiting time from the selected time slot. If your slot time is 4.00 pm the vehicle will wait till 4.45 pm, If the guest fails to report within the time then this transfer will be considered as No Show

  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Flight Departure Timing For eg. If your flight departure timing is 3.00 pm, then select approximately 3hrs to 4hrs prior slot for departure

  5. Our Vehicle waiting time at your location will be maximum 15 minutes

Above are our shuttle departure approx timing from the specific locations, please be available in hotel room, Our Tour Coordinator will contact you for exact pickup time, in case you miss our shuttle transfer, please reach Burj Khalifa directly (by Taxi or Metro) as the tickets are Non Refundable
  7. In case you miss our shuttle from Dubai Mall, kindly reach to you location on your own

  6. The Guest must pay this Fees directly at the entrance, We are not liable to pay the Entrance Ticket
  7. In case you miss our Shuttle transfers please reach to the location 45 minutes prior to the show

  2. The Pick up will be arranged from areas other than City Centre on Private basis

  4. The day time service for Pvt Transfers operates between 07:00 - 22:00 hours within the City Center Areas. Any service apart from the City Center Areas will be executed on Private basis only.
