  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

        Portable 4g WiFi Rental

        Travelling to international locations is fun. You get to see so many interesting places, do so many exciting things, and meet different people and learn about their culture. However, it becomes difficult to stay in touch with your loved ones around the world, when you do not have a proper international connection. Moreover, international roaming can turn out to be quite pricey too. This is why renting a portable 4G Wifi would be a good idea while visiting Dubai. You can collect the portable 4G from the kitmytrip shop at the airport. You can rent the portal for as many days as you want. If you want to use it for more days, you would have to pay additional rental of AED10 ($3) for every extra day.

        This portable 4G WiFi rental can not only be used in Dubai but all over the UAE as well. There are no daily data usage limits. You can use it as per your requirements and convenience. The kit comes with a Wi-Fi router along with a SIM, AC socket plug, 1 USB cable, and a bag holder. This portable 4G WiFi can be used for maximum of 10 devices, including mobiles, tablets, and laptops. You need to ensure that all the parts are intact when you return the portable 4G WiFi rental kit.

            • You need to produce your passport and visa at the time of activation of the SIM card.
            • A refundable deposit of AED 250 to be provided at the time of collection of device. This is a security deposit for the device and will be refunded when you return the device as per the timeline.
            • UAE Laws do not permit VoIP services – so only WhatsApp, Viber, etc. chat is available – video calling facilities are currently not allowed.
            • Each device has a SIM inside. Customers are required to take the SIM with themselves at the end of the service. In case we find a SIM with the device we will destroy it on client's behalf.
            • Validity is for 4 to 10  days (as per the option selected) starting from the time of activation.
            • Extra Rental Days : AED 10 ( per day)
            • Refundable security deposit AED 250 per device applies
            • Where to Collect: After clearing the Customs Exit walk towards the Meeting point Area then take a left towards the car rental shops, you will see the kitmytrip shop.
            • Only individuals above 16 years of age are eligible to book this product.

            • Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
            • The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
            • Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
            • The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
            • Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
            • We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
            • Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
            • Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
            • No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
            • An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
            • On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
            • Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
            • Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
            • Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
            • Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
            • Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
            • We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
            • No refund for partly utilized services.
            • Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
            • If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

            • If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
            • If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
