  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

Your tour guide will meet you when you arrive at Matiatia Ferry terminal at approximately 10:35am and will be holding a WaiTiki Tours sign. If you are already on Waiheke Island just let us know where you're staying and we'll arrange to pick you up from your accommodation.
