Day1 Jeddah-Makkah (Arrival)

Arrival at Jeddah International airport, after formalities, our staff will meet you for a transfer to the Holy city of Makkah that you will reach after 1h30.you will reach the cradle of Islam holiest city Makkah.
Check in to the hotel & relax.

Day2 Makkah

After Fajr Prayer In Al Haram, breakfast at your hotel.
Spend the day at spiritual healing through enjoying the spiritual atmosphere and to recharge from the positive vibes coming from (Kaaba),While you are having your five prayers during the day.
At the end of the day go back to the hotel.

Day3 Makkah Ziarah

Begin your day with Fajr prayer in a spiritual atmosphere at Haram.
Then we head back to the hotel for breakfast at your hotel.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Pick up at the hotel to proceed for Umrah rituals at Haram with Tawaf around Kaaba.
Afterwards continue to perform Spiritual return (Sa’i).
Return to the hotel for a short rest.
Afternoon back to Haram to attend Asr prayer.
Spending the rest of evening at haram until the evening prayers Al Maghrib & Al Isha.
At the end of the day back to hotel

Day4 Makkah

After Fajr Prayer In Al Haram, breakfast at your hotel.
Spend the day at spiritual healing through enjoying the spiritual atmosphere and to recharge from the positive vibes coming from (Kaaba),While you are having your five prayers during the day..
At the end of the day go back to the hotel.

Day5 Makkah - Al Madinah (By Bus)

After “Fajr” prayer at Masjid al-Haram, return for breakfast at your hotel .
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out.
Then drive to Madinah by bus, After Approx 5-hours, arrive at the second holiest city in all over the World Al-Madīnah.
Afterward move to the great mosque of Madinah Al-Masjid an-Nabawi “AL HARAM AL NABAWAI” to attend NOON “ZUHR” prayer.
The afternoon will be devoted to the prayers at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi.
After that long day. return to the hotel.

Day6 Al Madinah

After “Fajr” prayer at Masjid Al Nabawi, return for breakfast at your hotel .
Spend the day at spiritual healing through enjoying the spiritual atmosphere and to recharge from the positive vibes coming from (Al-Masjid An-Nabawi).
Visit to the Prophet Grave & his house.
After that long day return to the hotel ..

Day7 Al Madinah Ziarah

After “Fajr” prayer at Masjid Al Nabawi, return for breakfast at your hotel .
After enjoying breakfast we will visit the city of Madinah.
We will start with the visit to Holy Quba Mosque (the oldest mosque in the world).
Attending Zuhr prayer then move to Holy Masjid Al-Qiblatayn (where Muhammad received the command to change the Qibla from Al Quds to Makkah).
Then visit Masjid al-Fath (one of the Seven attached mosques) and Jannat Al-Baqi' (cemetery which contains the graves of some of the Prophet's family and companions) .
Attending Asr prayer then return to the hotel.
This afternoon will be devoted to rest, and attend the prayers of “Maghreb” & “Ishaa” In the Haram of Masjid an-Nabawi.
Drive to Al Rashed Mall for leisure and shopping time.
After that long day return to the hotel .
Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in a selected hotel in Al Madinah.

Day8 Al Madinah

After “Fajr” prayer at Masjid Al Nabawi, return for breakfast at your hotel .
Spend the day at spiritual healing through enjoying the spiritual atmosphere and to recharge from the positive vibes coming from (Al-Masjid An-Nabawi).

Terms & Conditions

Hotel Check-In / Check-out: Standard check-in time varies from destination to destination, typically between 14:00 hrs and 15:00 hrs. And check-out time is between 11:00 and 12:00 Local Time.

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included in the package price but is highly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Travelers are responsible for purchasing adequate travel insurance coverage.

Travel Documents: Travelers must ensure they possess the necessary travel documents required by the destination country, including valid passports, visas, and vaccination certificates. Health and Safety: While the travel agency endeavors to provide a safe travel experience, travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip, including compliance with local health and safety guidelines and regulations.

Complaints and Disputes: Any complaints or disputes regarding the services provided during the trip must be reported promptly to the travel agency or the relevant service provider in writing to facilitate timely resolution. The travel agency will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve complaints or disputes in a fair and timely manner.

Transfers: Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 45 - 90 minutes from the touchdown of the flight. considering differences in procedures across countries.

Package Rates: Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is confirmed. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary. Package rates are valid for the selected travel dates only and for the room category and other services specified. Guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort/hotel where they are accommodated.

Amendments: Amendment requests while on tour are subject to availability, with or without any supplement charge. Any changes possible will be done offline, subject to any cancellation/rebooking/additional charges (as applicable).

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via the platform and are subject to cancellation fees based on the time of cancellation and the policies of service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed minus any applicable cancellation fees and within a reasonable timeframe.

Force Majeure: The travel agency shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

Legal Liability: We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your holiday. Journeys undertaken by air, land, or sea are governed by the terms and conditions of the service provider.

Cancellation info

Prior to 45 days or more : 10% of the holiday cost is non-refundable + Full cancellation for non-refundable tickets
44 and 31 days of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 25% of the holiday cost
30 and 15 days of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 50% of the holiday cost
14 and 11 days of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 75% of the holiday cost
10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

Actual booking amount to be collected in case of non-refundable components higher than the amounts mentioned above.
